- Voice assistant ("Ben"): if you speak with our website voice assistant or call our phone line, the conversation is processed by our AI voice platform and may be recorded, transcribed, and summarised so we can respond to your enquiry. Details you share (such as your name, contact details, and business needs) are stored in our systems.
- Basic technical data: standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) used for security and site operation.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide our services.
- To schedule strategy calls and follow up on requests you make.
- To improve our website and service quality.
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers that power our operations (including our AI voice platform, telephony provider, database, and communication tools), each bound by their own privacy and security obligations.
Storage and security
Data is stored in secured cloud services with access limited to authorised personnel. We retain enquiry data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
